Chef Ace Cooking Class

Chef Ace entertained and cooked for 12 members at the Festival Food Store on University Avenue last January.  The menu included Jamaican Jerk Chicken, garlic green beans and Jamaican bread pudding with rum sauce along with a sampling of wine.  It was delicious and fun to gain tips from an accomplished chef.
