Brown County Community Women's Club, Inc.

Fellowship is of particular importance to BCCWC. We provide many opportunities for our members to engage in varied educational and social activities.
These include:



  • Health and financial programs
  • Planned trips to enjoy music, entertainment, scenery and historical sites,
  • Social gatherings and participation in recreation

Book Club

All book club meetings are held at the Kress Family Library in De Pere from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. except for December meeting.


Book Club is open to the public, and it is not necessary to call ahead. Just show up.

Decorate a fall lantern with Josh Kozlowski of Nature’s Best Floral on Friday, October 19
at the Bay Family Restaurant.


Decorate a beautiful battery-operated white-washed lantern
with silver roofing and birch branch silhouette.


You will add textured fall ribbon and floral
accents to enhance the lantern.


Plan to eat lunch at noon with class from 1:00-2:30.

Mayflower Greenhouse, Nov. 28, 2018 at 1:00.  Join with others to create a beautiful live holiday wreath or a planter.

Neville Public Museum

Our Brown County Exhibit

Since we are Brown County Community Women’s Club members, let’s spend some time at the Neville Public Museum learning about the rich history of Brown County, which is celebrating its 200th birthday this year.

The “Our Brown County” exhibit runs through Oct. 27, 2018. 


When: Tuesday, October 23, 2018. Meet at the Museum at 10:30 a.m. and head for lunch at Glass Nickle Pizza afterward.

IKEA and BayShore Mall bus trip

The cost is $34, and registration is needed by October 9 for this trip to be a go.  So, find a BCCWC friend or make a new one, as we check out one of the newest retail establishments in the Milwaukee area.

Friday, November 16, 2018. We will depart DePere at 8:30 and return about 5:30. After spending about 2 hours at IKEA, we will journey north with a stop at Bay Shore, home of Charming Charlies, the Cheesecake Factory and Trader Joe’s.   


Mail a check payable to BCCWC to Sue Sinclair or sign up at the September meeting.  Put IKEA in the memo.
